🍃 P!peline Consumption Venue: An Ypsilanti developer is working to build P!peline, a cannabis-friendly music venue. The project would include an outdoor amphitheater capable of holding 650 people and an indoor venue for 250 people. Preliminary site plans for the 3.87-acre property were approved last month by the Ypsilanti Township Planning Commission. If built, P!peline would be the state’s first indoor and outdoor cannabis-consumption space.
