The franchise, known for its motto "Keep pizza weird," offers a retro-themed space with games, a full bar, late-night hours, and a menu of 33 unique pizza flavors. 🥕 Restaurant Swap: After nine years in business, VKitchen (883 W. Eisenhower Parkway) will close on Monday, November 25. Siam Square, a Thai restaurant that used to be located inside the Victory Inn and Suites hotel (3750 Washtenaw Ave), will take over the space.

🏗️ More Kerrytown Condos: Last month, developers submitted a proposal to the city’s Planning Commission to convert the Market Place complex at 303 Detroit Street into 14 residential condos. If approved by the city, local developer MAVD would add a fifth story, balconies, and a parking garage with a rotating car elevator. The $20 million proposal would retain two commercial spaces in the building.
